Thank you for choosing our products! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read the following notes carefully before placing your order. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms below.
When indicating your preferences, we suggest listing up to 3 unwanted product categories, with a maximum of 5. If too many exclusions are requested, we may not be able to fully accommodate them due to limited inventory, which could result in duplicate items in your order.

Shipping Address ReminderPlease make sure to double-check your full address including street number, unit number and postal code before checkout. After you receive the order confirmation email, we kindly ask you to review the address again to make sure it is correct, as auto-filled information may sometimes be inaccurate.Once the package has been shipped, we can no longer adjust the address. If a package is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be very difficult to locate and may take a long time to resolve. Such cases will be handled according to our Shipping Risk Statement.

Order Notes & ModificationsWe will print the packing slip 12 hours after order placement. Once printed, any changes to order notes will involve a complicated operational process, and new requests may be missed. Please send all notes or requests as early as possible.

Responsibility After DeliveryOnce the package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for theft or loss. However, we will provide necessary documents to support your inquiry.

Processing & Shipping TimeRegular orders take 5–10 working days to process. Custom orders take 7–15 working days. Under normal conditions, international shipping takes 7–15 working days. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays or force majeure.

Shipping Risk StatementWe carefully pack all items before shipment. Almost all packages can arrive safely and on time.
- If your package goes missing during transit with a correct and complete shipping address, we will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf and assist with the investigation.
- If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, we will not be held responsible.
Just in case of any delay or loss, please understand that once the package leaves our warehouse, risks including delays, loss, damage or force majeure are handled by the shipping carrier.
We will assist you by communicating with the carrier and investigating the issue. However, carriers may take up to 30 days to process claims. Refunds or resolutions can only be provided after we receive official confirmation from them.
In special cases, we may offer reshipment, but the entire process may take longer.

Return & Exchange PolicyAll items are custom-made. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 2 days with photos and your order number.

Customs & Import DutiesFor most orders to the USA, Europe, Canada, UK and Australia, customs duties are covered by the seller.If you are unsure whether your country is included, please email us to confirm.Buyers from other countries are responsible for all customs fees.
